Who I Am

My focus has always been on people and how systems impact them. I am a seasoned HR professional but I started my career in social work after earning my bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Valley Forge in 2006. That work reinforced the importance of systems and structures in helping people succeed—even when success meant something as fundamental as independent living. It was in that world that I first saw how organizations impact people’s ability to thrive, which naturally led me toward HR and organizational development.

Building a Career in HR

By 2007, I had set my sights on improving how organizations support their people and pursued my master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which I completed in 2011. Working at a small nonprofit during this time, I found myself drawn to operational problem-solving—from streamlining file-sharing systems to developing a performance management structure that remained in place well after I left.

In 2014, I joined Lincoln Financial, supporting the corporate HRBP team—including the Chief Investment Officer (now CEO). This role opened the door to my first HRBP position at Colorcon, where I worked closely with manufacturing teams. I wasn’t just another HR guy—I was the one putting on the uniform and working shifts at each plant I supported to truly understand operations. That approach earned me a reputation for blending HR expertise with business sense and technical curiosity.

One of my mentors at the time told me, “If you paired your HR expertise with business acumen, you’d be unstoppable.” That advice led me to pursue my MBA from Penn State, which I completed in 2020—from my living room, during the pandemic. (Yes, there’s a photo of me in my graduation robe at home.) Around this time, I also became DISC-certified, further sharpening my ability to help leaders understand team dynamics and drive better performance.

Scaling Up: Fortune 500 & Global HR Leadership

In 2019, I joined IQVIA, a Fortune 500 CRO, and quickly moved up the ranks, earning two promotions in three years. Here, I supported a wide range of teams—from advanced analytics and AI groups to clinical operations and pharmacovigilance teams. My focus was helping leaders streamline operations, build structures that actually worked, and improve efficiency in high-stakes environments.

In 2024, I took on a Strategic HRBP lead role at Premier Research, joining during a period of significant organizational change. I worked closely with new executives—partnering with the CFO, Chief Commercial Officer, General Counsel, and key operational SVPs—to help them restructure teams, improve collaboration, and align leadership with ambitious business goals.

How I Can Help You

My career has spanned multiple industries, company sizes, and leadership challenges. I’ve worked in nonprofits, manufacturing, Fortune 500 companies, and high-growth environments, helping leaders:

  • Attract and retain top talent
  • Develop leadership and coaching strategies
  • Navigate organizational change
  • Streamline HR processes for efficiency

At the core of it all, I thrive when I’m helping leaders achieve their goals and navigate the complexities of managing people. I love figuring out how to make things work better, smarter, and more effectively.

I can’t wait to see how I can help you.
